Hi, Im Jennifer! My Primary focus: helping those who are suffering back to good health and great health in some cases with encouragement, compassion and care.

Naturopathy includes a broad umbrella of modalities. I follow a Naturecare model (the most natural treatment possible) I find this the most effective for a return to good health. Sometimes this can be challenging for the patient after all it usually takes a long time to become very ill conversely,it can also take a few monthe to get well enough for a return to good health to be the norm, In my case main treatment approaches are via herbal medicine,
vitamin and mineral supplementation, homoeopathy. flower essences, and lifestyle change to create homoeostassis (balance)

The treatment may include ongoing de-toxification according to patient evaluation. Other treatment may be recommended via referral if required. However all treatment recommended is done so in consideration of the health and expectations of the patient, their situation, and their budget. Where there is existing Medical Care with GP etc. the treatment approach is Complimentary.

I have had extensive experience as a Naturopathic Practitioner and enjoy bringing modalities in to treating clients based on the individual needs of the client. Along with Naturopathy, I will also use Iridology, Mechanotherapy, Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Flower Essence Therapy, EqM, Holistic counselling and Australian Bush Flower remedies depending on your individual needs.
