Welcome to our Summer Newsletter!

It’s the time of year when the majority of people decide to get fit and healthy (especially post Christmas). Whilst this brings motivation, increased activity and usually a better sense of self, it also brings injuries (past and present). Make sure you do your warm ups - just because the weather is warm does not mean your muscles and joints are!

Keep An Eye on Your Spots!

Already Spotted - BCC's, SCC's and a Potential Melanoma

Whilst we are treating you be assured we are on the lookout for any suspicious looking spots, moles or freckles. If we see something, we will let you know

However...........................

This does not replace the annual check you Should be getting from your doctor or skin specialist. So, please make an appointment at a skin centre to make sure your most important organ is in peak condition

Be kind to your skin, keep an eye on it and protect it so it can protect you!

FUNDRAISER AND CHARITY DONATIONS

Our Team and Eastwood Myotherapy Proudly support many local charities such as The Olivia Newton John Cancer Centre, Guide Dogs Australia, Wheelchair Sports Australia, Diabetes Australia, The Arthritis Foundation, RCH appeal and more........................

This year we have decided to have a fundraiser which does not end. We want to help but can only do so much on our own as a small business

This sounds a little odd but we intend using some donated funds towards new clinic equipment (when required - this is not often) and upkeep of equipment and then distribute other funds to the various charities who call upon us throughout the year.

For larger fundraisers, eg RCH good friday appeal, we are happy to make the donation on your behalf.

Your feedback is appreciated on this idea to kh.eastmyo@live.com.au
